CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Out of respect for both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to reserve your hair extension appointment and to purchase and prepare your products. All deposits are non-refundable. Services are final once completed. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24–48 hours - we’re always happy to review and offer an adjustment when appropriate.
